Which electronic items are returnable?
If an electronic product is delivered with faults, physical damage, or is not functioning properly upon receipt, customers are eligible to request a replacement or refund—depending on the product category.
In cases where the received item does not match the product description or image displayed at the time of purchase, the customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. It is important that the product remains unused and is returned in its original packaging and condition.
Please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind or if the product is simply no longer needed
